Its the 1st day of blogging marathon # 10 and my theme for this week is ( guilt free snacks)
And todays recipe is french fries, which am trying for the first time and it turned out to be a big hit. My 5 yr old kid is a big fan of these french fries. So today's recipe is dedicated to him. Here is the recipe, its super easy to make....
We need:
Potato 2
Salt
Black pepper powder
Cooking spray
Method:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash and cut the potato's to long strips.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to the strips and mix well.
Place the potato strips on a greased baking tray.
Spray with cooking spray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or untill golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with ketchup.
