Breakfast on the run....which means anything that can be made with in 30 minutes. 99% of people are always hurry in having their breakfast. So why not make quick and healthy breakfast for your family. Today's recipe is buleberry pancake's. Made these lovely pancakes with store bought pancake mix. Am sure you'll enjoy every bite of these yummy pancakes..... here goes the recipe......
We need:
Pancake mix 2 cups
Eggs 2
Milk 1 cup
Blueberries
Honey / maple syrup
Method:
Add eggs and milk to pan cake mix.
Also mix blueberries.
Heat pan and add little butter to melt.
Now add 1/4 cup of mixed pan cake mixture on to the pan.
Cook on low flame.
After 30 seconds flip over and cook for another 30 to 40 seconds.
Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
