Today we are starting with 52nd Edition of Blogging Marathon. Its been such a lovely journey creating new dishes and trying out our bloggers book marked dishes. One such dish is Indian Style Pasta but with a twist of Italian seasoning.
This dish has got me soo many lovely comments and wishes from my near and dear ones. Yes this is a special dish. A month ago I have sent this recipe to one of the e-magazine, where I won the title "Chef of the week". I got a chance to give interview to this amazing magazine. Here is my interview on http://salisonline.in/.
Tried this dish on a lazy Saturday evening when I was not in a mood to cook anything for dinner. Wanted to cook some thing simple and which can be done in minutes. The very next day I got a message saying "Would you be interested in participating in our contest to win a title Chef of the week"? Never thought that I would be sending this dish to this website where I got maximum number of comment and made me win the contest. The dish turned out yummy and delicious.
My theme for this week is "Weekend Special dinner". This dish wasn't a special recipe but after winning the contest it has joined the menu of my weekend special recipes or when ever I am lazy to cook. Simple and light food to have on any day of the week. Here I have used only veggies to go into my dish, you can even add shrimp, chicken or any kind of meat which you like. Here goes the recipe for the delicious Indian Style Pasta.....
