Ginger Chicken is Indo - Chinese style dish served either with fried rice or noodles, or as it is as an appetizer. Fresh and strong flavors of ginger along with garlic and onions paste gives this dish an unique taste. Last time made this dish, a little part of it was left out , I was the only one to have the left over for next days lunch. Then I thought why not use this leftover to make any rice dish. I didn't want to take any chance as I wasn't sure how it would taste, I just cooked very little rice and made this ginger flavor chicken pulao. To my surprise it turned out very nice but bit spicy for kids. Me and My hubby ,who is a fan of Ginger Chicken loved it.
