Here goes the recipe.....
Whole wheat flour 2 cups

Ingredients for stuffing:
Shredded paneer 2 cups
Chopped cilantro 4 tbsp
Chopped green chili 2
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Crushed Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil / ghee / butter to cook paratha
Preparation:
Lets prepare the dough first.
Add salt, oil and enough water to wheat flour to make it a semi soft dough.
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes until we prepare the stuffing.
Add all the ingredients that are given under the stuffing in a bowl.
Mix everything well.
Now knead the dough once again and divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Using rolling pin and dry wheat flour for dusting roll one portion of dough to 2 inch diameter circle.
Place 2-3 spoons of paneer stuffing in the center and gather the edges to center to seal all over.
Flatten it using rolling pin to 5-6 inch diameter circle.
Heat tawa and place the rolled paratha on it.
Cook on both sides adding little butter / ghee / oil on top.
Serve hot with yogurt and pickle of you choice.
