Spinach fritters is another version of spinach or palak bhajia / pakoda where the whole leaf is dipped in batter and deep fried in oil till crisp. These delicious and crunchy fritters taste wonderful with a cup of hot tea. Perfect snack for monsoon season too.
Spinach is a super food loaded with tons of nutrients. Its full of iron, calcium , vitamins and minerals. Its good to add this leafy vegetable everyday in your diet. Spinach fritters is a perfect snack to feed picky eaters like my kids. Try it out with your family too. This recipes goes to day 17 of Mega Marathon theme " Sweets and Snacks".

Perfectly made bhajiyas. These are delicious to eat as it is or as the base in chaats.
Spinach Bajjis look perfect Sushma. Just a hot cup of tea is what you need to go with them. Good share.
Lovely ! Ghese pakoras look so nice and crisp . The addition of rice flour makes them crisp ! I normally turn these into a chat , with dahi , Chutney and spices .
AWesome bhajiyas. My family is just drooling over all the fried snacks and giving me looks that I skipped making so many varieties :)
Those bajjis look sinful Sushma, so inviting. I have made these a couple of times and really enjoyed it.
Spinach bajji looks so delicious and tempting. Would love to have with cup of hot coffee
