Velluli Kobbari karam or garlic coconut spice powder is an instant spice mix used to add flavors to
any dry curry or can also be used as stuffing into brinjal or bitter gourd. This is an instant spice
mix wont last for long but will be fresh if refrigerated for up to 2-3 days.
This recipe goes to week 4, day 2 of Blogging Marathon 122 under the theme " Lets make some
Condiments".
Ingredients:
Dry coconut powder 1 cup
Green chili 2-3
Garlic cloves 4-5
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation:
In a mixer jar add coconut powder, chilis , cumin seeds, garlic , salt and turmeric powder.
Blend everything well.
Add this mixture any dry curries or can be stuffed and cooked in brinjal or bitter gourd.

Garlic and chilly is an ultimate combination, adding coconut must be making it more flavorful. Great idea to use in veggies.
