Schezwan Noodle dosa is a delicious fusion dish combining South Indian Dosa and Indo Chinese
Schezwan Noodles. This is a popular street food of India specially in Mumbai Streets. For regular
Masala dosa the stuffing will be potato curry. But today we will be stuffing with pre made spicy
schezwan noodles. I have used home made schezwan sauce here and also used very less quantity of
this sauce on dosa as my family likes it medium spice. You can add as much as sauce you want in the
noodles and on dosa.
If you family likes South Indian dosa and Indo Chinese noodles you should definitely try this recipe
once. You can make plain noodles without veggies or add just your favorite veggies and make this
dish. This recipe goes to Week 2 Day 1 of Blogging Marathon 130 under the theme " Let's Fusion
it".
Ingredients:
Dosa batter 2 cups
Noodles as required
Schezwan sauce 4 tbsp
Oil
Any chutney to serve
Preparation:
You can prepare noodles which ever way you prefer to.
U can click here to see the noodles recipe.
I have skipped eggs in this recipe, if you like you can go ahead and add them.
Heat dosa pan, add few drops of oil, spread the oil all around with 1/2 cut onion.
This will make the dosa nice and crisp.
Add a ladle full of dosa batter and spread in circular motion.
Add a teaspoon full of schezwan sauce and spread all over.
Let it cook for 40-50 seconds.
Add a spoonful of noodles on dosa.
Roll and remove to serve hot with chutney or schezwan sauce or any hot sauce.
