One pot meals are great for those lazy days and for the days when you do not have any veggies to
cook. Today's recipe is one such dish which is very simple to make with very few ingredients which
are easily available at home. Great dish for lunch boxes or dinners.
This recipe goes to Week 2 Day 3 of Blogging Marathon 132 under the theme " Fast dinners ready
in 30 minutes".

Wheat flour 1 cup
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed red peppers / Chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
Chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil
Preparation:
Mix both the flours and add little salt, add water to make a semi soft dough.
Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
In a small pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil add crushed garlic and saute till light brown color.
Now add crushed red pepper and salt, mix and set aside.
Now take a small portion of dough and roll it as chapati.
Apply the garlic mixture all over, add some chopped cilantro on top and roll it up and down as shown
in the picture.
Fold and roll it again to make a chapati, use dry flour so that it wont stick to the rolling pin.
Heat tawa and place this rolled paratha and cook on both sides on medium flame.
Add some oil or butter on top, cook for few seconds and serve hot with some raita or pickle.
