Avocado Crostini

Crostini means " little crusts " in Italian. They are typically made with a French baguette or  long

loaf of bread. Crostini are sliced and toasted from a smaller, round, finer textured bread like a white

 bread baguette.

Avocado crostini are a very simple yet delicious snack / breakfast / appetizer for your entire

family. Toast the Crostini as it is or with a  slight drizzle of olive oil.  Top it with mashed or cut

Avocado, season with  your favorite veggies or nuts or seeds. They make a great snack or breakfast

dish. My kids love this and have it for evening snack / after school snack.

This recipe goes to Week 2 Day 1 of Blogging Marathon 133 under the theme " Kids Delight -
